Batch Closing
Online tax sales that close groups of parcels at staggered times instead of all at once.
Large online sales split parcels into batches, each with its own closing time, sometimes over several days. Many platforms extend a batch's close when a bid arrives in the final minutes.
Track the closing time of each parcel you care about; it may differ from the sale's start date.
