Lands Available for Taxes

In Florida, properties that received no bid at a tax deed sale and can be bought afterward for the opening bid.

If a Florida tax deed sale draws no bidder, the parcel goes on the Clerk's list of lands available for taxes. For a period afterward, anyone can buy it for the opening bid, and the county has a chance to claim it.

These parcels went unsold for a reason. Check access, size, zoning, and liens before treating them as bargains.
