Auction
Over-the-Counter Sale
Buying a property or lien directly from the county after it went unsold at auction.
Parcels or liens that draw no bid at auction may later be offered over the counter, often at the minimum price, on a first-come basis.
These parcels went unsold for a reason. Check access, size, liens, and condition before buying.
