Withdrawn Parcel
A parcel removed from an auction list before or during the sale.
Common reasons include redemption, bankruptcy filings, agreement sales, litigation, and errors in notice. A withdrawn parcel was not sold.
Counting withdrawn parcels as sales is one of the most common mistakes in tax sale statistics.
